Head on over to Quimby Street in Downtown Westfield, which will be closed to cars for a day of family fun -- including Addams Family character visits, street performers, incredible displays by the Maniac Pumpkin Carvers, activities with some of our local merchants, and more.

What's this rain in the forecast? That's ok -- we're still on for the Addams Family Fun Zone on Quimby! Our rain date forecast looks no better and, come on, the bleak weather is very Addams-esque. Channel your inner Wednesday and join us downtown for all of the fun from 11-5. Don't miss the Maniac Pumpkin Carvers, a full line up of local kids' bands on stage, our DJ, street performers, and lots more. Our sensory-friendly Quiet on Quimby hour will be from 11-12.

If your pup is entered in the Howl-O-Ween dog costume contest, just give Woofgang a call later on to see if we're moving that inside due to rain.

LIVE ON STAGE!

Enjoy local musicians as they take the stage -- including bands from Valencia School of Music, School of Rock, Workshop for the Arts, and Songs for Seeds.

Don't miss the return of the incomparable Maniac Pumpkin Carvers -- creating stunning and unique custom pumpkin carvings that have been featured on Jimmy Fallon and displayed at MoMA and Yankee Stadium!

 

Don't forget to bump into our other street performers, stop by the DJ with kids' games and music, get wowed by our magician, and even jump into a flash mob! 

 

HOWL-O-WEEN DOG CONTEST

At AddamsFest HQ, we know that dogs like to show off their owners while showing up each other. Your prized pooch can do just that in our Howl-o-Ween Dog Costume Contest, held in conjunction with the gourmands at Woof Gang Bakery.

If you’ve always thought your loving mutt would look great in a mohawk or your petulant pedigree prefers a tiara, the Howl-o-Ween Dog Costume Contest  is the time to let imaginations run wild! Bring your A-game and if you embarrass your beloved pet in the process, don’t worry -- he or she will love you anyway!

QUIET ON QUIMBY

For the special needs community, the day will begin with Quiet on Quimby from 11am - 12pm, during which time a sensory-friendly environment and activities will be provided by the Union County Office for Persons with Disabilities & Special Needs before the musical performances get underway.
